Bowl Details: Red Lentil and Spinach Coconut Dhal, Nigella Seed Sweet Potatoes and Tenderstem Broccoli.
Bowl Story: Whilst in India, I learnt to cook a number of 'dhals' by a few expert Indian chefs and was blown away by the flavours. This is my adaptation, which includes coconut which I feel works well with the spices of the bowl. The sweetness of the sweet potatoes and subtle perfume of the nigella seeds, along with the texture of the broccoli make for a well rounded bowl!
