Bowl Story: I absolutely love Salmon and could eat it everyday! I created this for two clients of mine who were after healthy simple dishes they could eat during their busy work days. Simple to make and super delicious to eat, this low carb dish celebrates the beautiful texture of edamame - Japan is calling me!
